Saab Laura has been our financial consultant more than 15 years, seeing us through the various stages of our lives and financial priorities.
I recalled that she advised me on my personal insurance at the infant stage of my career, to advising me on family protection when I started my family and having kids, to looking at building an education portfolio to support my kids' education and now, looking at building my retirement funds.
We are glad to have her watching over our entire financial and insurance portfolio including other products which are outside her portoflio. She is our "go-to" person for any financial matters including car and housing loans as well as home, car and travel insurance.
Besides providing financial advisories, what I really like most is her personalised support. I recalled my daughter was hospitalised years back, she visited her, brought her a soft toy, find out how she was doing and even helped us make claims from an insurance company outside her portoflio.
It has been an amazing journey with Laura. I would say that insurance and finance are very sensitive and personal matters. We need someone whom we can trust. We are glad that we have Laura as our trusted consultant, a closed friend of ours and a great auntie to my kids. | | | Sharon Lim, Senior Director. MINDEF Laura has been advising me for almost two decades, and I trust and value her deep expertise and wise counsel.
What really makes Laura stand out is her genuine care for her clients. She focuses on the client’s unique circumstances and needs, and customises her recommendations with her clients’ best interests in mind.
It’s been a privilege to have Laura advise me, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs good financial advice. | | | Eugene & Cheryl Teng. Aunty Laura (we call her aunty because she has been helping us since we were kids) has been providing financial advice for our entire family for close to 20 years!
She has been very supportive of us and with changes to the economy, have helped us adapt our financial situation accordingly as well.
Thanks Aunty Laura for all your help, providing us with a headstart as compared to the other kids my age. Of course I have to thank my mum for investing in us, but due to Aunty Laura's help, my sister and I have been able to be covered comprehensively since we were young, which many kids in Singapore do not have the luxury to do so.
Onwards another 20 years!😄

Auntie Laura has been my mum's insurance agent since I was young and have seen me grew up from a child to an adult. I witness how she has help my mum handled her finances and also health insurances, to ensure that we are all well covered. Now that I have grown up, I have also entrust my financial and health insurance portfolio with Auntie Laura. She would provide relevant advises and coverage that I should get and would explain in detail each plan purposes. Her patient and bubbly character makes it easy to approach whenever I have queries for my plans and making the exchange a stress-free and comfortable setting. 🙂

Total Energies | | | Gerard Tong . Director, Epitrain Pte Ltd Adjunct Professor. SMU, NUS Let me start by saying I am not an easy person to deal with. I am impatient, opinionated and stubborn.
The fact that Laura has been servicing me since 2004, and is the only Financial Advisor whom I have bothered to speak more than 5 words to, speaks volumes of her approach, presentation and knowledge.
From the start, I made it clear that as a (now retired) financial market professional, I was not interested to hear about investment-linked policies, believing that I could do a better job that the fund managers. Laura kept that in mind, and respected that, occasionally making a passing recommendation on a fund she felt was really worth looking at, but immediately putting that aside as soon as I impatiently gave her a dismissive wave. Instead, she focused on building up a portfolio of policies which covered other critical areas, such as death, sickness, mortgage protection and such. Never over-selling, she would not push more coverage than was required to me.
Not the sort of insurance agent to close a deal, collect their commission and forget the client, Laura readily advised and assisted with claims, and consistently checked up on my situation in life, personal and financial to review my coverage, even advising me on my plans to scale back as my coverage requirements shrank with age.
Just this month, after identifying that I was losing interest in managing my own money, but still wanting superior returns, she sold me a bond fund policy, after years of watching my dismissive hand. It shows great professionalism, keeping mum about investment-linked policies all these years, but always keeping a look out for changes in my life state, and bringing it up again when it has become appropriate.
If you’re looking for a professional, competent, reliable Financial Advisor (in truth, we all NEED one, even if we have not realised it yet), who genuinely cares about you, then look no further.
| | | Lilian Chang. NTUC Enterprise. I have known Laura as a software vendor in 2004 when I was working in an IT firm. Laura has a truthful personality, and we became good friends very quickly. We continued to keep in touch even when both of us left our jobs.
She became my financial consultant when she joined Prudential and helped me look into both my hubby and my portfolio to plan for my retirement. Kids were young then, and good financial planning was very important. With Laura's help, my family's investments and health protection plans were in good hands. Laura is helpful and goes the extra mile to explain and assess plans I have and helped me set milestones.
Over the years, Laura has become a family friend. My children are now grown ups and Laura has started guiding them with their financial planning patiently. To me, she is not just a FC, she is already a friend whom I trust with my financial planning.

When we first met up many years later, the feeling was so comfortable, even when I asked her for financial advice as a friend.
As such, I decided that she would make a good financial advisor. She was very attentive and understood my needs. She is very knowledgeable in financial planning and gives sound advice.
With Laura as my financial advisor, I know that I am in good hands! Thanks to Laura, I feel more assured of my retirement plans and I’m definitely more covered medically! | | | | |
